LATEST WORK
In 2021, I was asked to write for Venice art gallery
BRIGHT MOMENTS, bringing their 8-bit, 2D NFT characters to life.
What resulted was multiple animated sketches and a short animated film, starring Danny Trejo, Greg Cipes, Swampy Marsh, and Paul Pierce (I got to do a voice too!)
These were animated by Surfer Jack Productions.
In this process, I also punched up jokes on existing scripts, including for Jamie Foxx.
SHOWREEL
COMEDY
I tweet like my inheritance depends on it. You can see my jokes live here:
I studied narrative comedy under Tim Ferguson, and sketch writing under Vin Hedger (Rastas).
Writing experience:
-
Contributor on RONNY CHIENG: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (Comedy Central/Sticky Pictures/ABC)
-
Writer for Cryptovenetians animations
-
Writer for the main host of comedy/talkshow, Live on Bowen
-
Comedy sketches and animations
-
Shorts (finalist in Toyota Yaris competition)
I love writing for kids and adults.
All class of weirdos considered.
DRAMA
Drama and horror make the world go 'round. I love injecting comedic moments into drama, and tragedy into comedy. Human psychology and relationships fascinate me, and I've found a home in writing thriller & horror.
In 2012, my short thriller The Prowler was shot in England. It screened at Newport Beach & Cannes Film Festival.
I was also writer/script editor on C31's not-yet-aired horror anthology series Strange Tales.
